This is terrific and surprising news. A new 72-unit mixed-income, 4+ story mixed-use building on Lomas and 2nd. Nice! With the new brewery a few blocks north, redevelopment of the Plaza Maya, and now this, perhaps this will be the foundation for new life on downtown's north end. All we need now is for a developer to coin the area a catchy four letter word like NoDo, NoLo, etc. Then we'll be on our way.
